Welome back, Arsenal Barnie! I find the earlier in the day I start eating anything sugary the more I crave it for the rest of the day. Trying very hard not to put the Twinks Hobnobs in the oven yet, because if they're not actually cooked, I'm not tempted by the dough!
24/31 please, Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

(((Hugs))) for you Satchmo.
Donated, Barny. Good on you. I hope you raise loads, don't get blisters and enjoy the whole thing.
25/31 please, Shaggy for August.
Aiming for 30 for September and now that I've spent all the booze money for this year on evening classes I had better hope I stick to this regime. The money I spent on beautiful pots for plants was saved over the first year by not drinking and was spent afterwards - yesterday I spent it all in advance. I hope I'm not getting too cocky. Fingers crossed.Better is good enough.0 -
16/17 for tonight. Glad I kept my target low this month as didn't want 2 months in a row not meeting it 😳. Can I have 20 for September please?0
