I've quietly been on another little AF run - now on day 15 but trying not to count days really or make a big deal of it. Just taking every day as it comes and seeing how I feel. The longer I go without though, the less I want to ruin my run!

So two more days to add for me please Shaggy bringing me to target at 22/22

Hope everyone is ok got some more AF wine last night as it has been very stressful at work but this heat is not good to drink too much alcohol in for me

I have yet again not reached my target. Tonight will be afd. So for July its 5, I know very measely but have two holidays. Enjoy the weather everyone. New car coming Friday quite excited :j
