Thank you for the kind welcome. I won't be reporting an AF day today because my husband and I went out for a pub lunch and I had a bottle of beer. However, I'm trying to delay that first glass of wine as long as possible this evening (normally if it is a non working day I would have started by now:o). I hope to have my first AF day of May tomorrow and will report either way.

Hello everyone - I'm back from my hols

I didn't quite reach my April target but managed 18/20 in total. Although disappointed I didn't meet my target, I did drink in moderation with only one drink on some evenings and never drinking during the day :j

Only back in the early hours so not really calculated May's target but can I aim for 20 please? I want to allow a couple of extra days to ease back in after my hols.

Have briefly caught up with the thread. Well done everyone :T

Hello lovelies, sorry I didn't join you last month, I was feeling overwhelmed by life because of a health issue with non-malignant skin cancer. I had a very small lump removed from my pelvic area.

I didn't count my AFDs, although I didn't overdo it.

I need to get back on track, though, as it's too easy to backslide if I don't hold myself accountable here.

Can I set a relatively low target of 12 for May please? Thanks
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hello! Glad you're ok Satchmo, sounds like you've been through the mill though! :(

Welcome back debjay! You sound like you did really well on holiday, not drinking in the day and sometimes only have one drink in the evening. I'd definitely call that a success! :)

    Welcome startinglate!

Calling in early today as definitely won't be drinking tonight. I'm now on 4/24 please Shaggy!
