So nearly gave in tonight. Had given myself "permission" for a couple of bottles of beer. Got home and Mrs BHB gave me a good telling off - so didn't go and see MR T !

14/25 here.
I used my last spare day on Friday as I felt like a few beers after work. In the end I had more than a few and felt terrible all day Saturday. That means to hit my target of 25 I need to be AF for the rest of the month. That should be fairly easy as I'm down to digging for money down the back of the sofa as I haven't been paid since the Friday before Xmas and it's not pay day again until the 30th.0 -
