    14/25 here.

I used my last spare day on Friday as I felt like a few beers after work. In the end I had more than a few and felt terrible all day Saturday. That means to hit my target of 25 I need to be AF for the rest of the month. That should be fairly easy as I'm down to digging for money down the back of the sofa as I haven't been paid since the Friday before Xmas and it's not pay day again until the 30th.

    20/31 please, Shaggy.

I couldn't have kept going for as long as I did doing something this evening without my B3ck$ B1u3 so I am eternally grateful to everyone who's posted about it on this thread.

For those that are doing Dry January, linky below to an episode of Inside Health on Radio 4 this evening about the effects of knocking the boozing on the head for a month. It's about 23 minutes in.

    Better is good enough.
  • 15/18 for me please Shaggy. Thanks.

Everyone is doing really well - the dry January stalwarts are fantastic, and almost on the home straight. This thread is really motivational.
