What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Nothing stronger than cobra zero and becks blue today. I am absolutely knackered, training for a triathlon, 750m swim, 15 miles on a spin bike and a 5 mile run. Tonight was a run bike run session, did half a mile without stopping, 3 miles on the bike at around 120 RPM, another half mile, 4 mins recovery and repeated. That was at bootcamp, my evening of choice would have involved pies and cake.

I hate running and its the run that always challenges me. Half a mile without stopping is a big deal in my world. Mo Farah I am certainly not.

I deadlifted 70kgs this week and it wasnt my one rep max as I feared, 3 reps at a time is about as much as I can manage right now, even got a well done text from my brother when I let him know.

He does my gym programme for me, thought I would up my weights before the next time he reviews it (with me, for his special brand of sisterly torture).

I am definitely healthier than I was this time last year, I just started laughing as I typed that, even if I dont always see it, there must be some progress happening.
