I have a movie to watch tonight and had bought wine.... and there is an open bottle in the fridge. I haven't had a drop and am going to watch tv in bed :j0 -

Just popping quickly on to say 6 for me please Shaggy Poured myself a glass Saturday and only drank half. Just wasn't in the mood for it. So it got poured away. What a waste of an AF day

I did that on Saturday too (wasn't the first glass though:o) and in true mse style I put the half glass in the fridge and added it to Sunday's gravy.;)
I'm definitely going to be AF tonight.

5 please, Shaggy, thanks. Back firmly on the wagon, after allowing myself too much wine on Friday and Saturday. Feels so much better to wake up without a hangover - which of course are even worse because I am totally AF during the week. I am determined not to do it next weekend.0

Am going to get out of the starting blocks tonight and declare 1/15, a slow start, am not happy with a few people in my life at the moment, but I mustn't let it get in the way of my goal of shifting weight and drinking less.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again.
