1/20 AFDs today, slow start to my month as away on holiday.0

Another sober Saturday here catching up on the week's recorded TV and to make up for a few too many last night.
That's 3/18 for me.0 -
2/20 AFDs tonight :-)0

In the sphere of this esteemed company, I may be compared to a horse in the Grand National that's only just made it out of the starting gate when the rest of the field is, say, a quarter way around the course! So with that in mind, I'm declaring 1/15 for tonight, please Shaggy.
Satchmo1, I'm really impressed: I ran out of steam after 14 lengths of an 18m pool this morning! Good luck with the fitness.0 -
Afternoon :hello:
I'm on 6 AFD not including today.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Neither Friday nor Saturday are sober. Went OTT on Friday. I managed my parkrun this morning, but it was hard going. Partly because my fitness has taken a slide backwards over the last few months, partly because in order to regain fitness I've done two 5k runs during the week.
Today, whilst talking about my sister (who died over 10 years ago), I became very upset, which I hadn't expected. Still feeling tearful. Miss you, sis x
Oh my, I know that feeling. Grief can sneak up on you at any time when you least expect itWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again.
