Hello all. Finally kicking off with 1/18 tonight please. Calling in early as I'm feeling very stupid for drinking a bit too much last night and totally wasting a precious day off today. It's interfered with my 10k training and general downtime. I've managed to achieve nothing but don't feel rested either. My mood has taken a nose dive this afternoon and my body feels terrible.

We've all been there FPT. I felt like that yesterday morning. It was silly and pointless. I got carried away. The SNC should definitely help.
