    Had a few drinks yesterday out and nice time with really good people but somehow feel quite depressed about the evening. I didn't drink too much and nothing bad happened but this morning feel really anxious that people didn't have a good time.     Not something I've experienced but could it be that because you had less to drink than you might have done previously that you were more conscious of how things were going. I know HB says that when she goes out with others who are drinking she notices people's behaviour more. Just a thought.:)


    I've noticed you've not been around for a day or so HB. That's not like you. No doubt you're still poorly, hope you're looking after yourself.:A

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
