  • 14/TF as of today please.

Weekend didn't quite go according to plan. Due to eat out Friday night but I had an upset tummy so we stayed in and remained AF. Still delicate on Sat so AF then too. Half a bottle of wine and a snowball last night and I felt it this morning. Will be AF tonight.

6-7 units last week, so all good there. However they were all consumed last night, which is technically a binge (or nearly depending on which definition you go by, there isn't an 'official' one but the numbers work out nearly the same). That's not so good. Hmmm.

Anyway, enough of that dilemma. Well done to all those reeling in their targets at the mo. March consideration already. Blimey.

    Hello everyone :hello:,

Did not manage an AF day this weekend but wasn't planning any :o.

Welcome aboard parkingforfree - well done you for last night :T

Am definitely going to be AF tonight so I am declaring early at 10/12.

I would like to set my target for March at 14 please shaggy - thanks for doing such a grand job on keeping the 'scores on the doors' :T
  • Early call for tonight of 18 AF.
Been a tough month for no particular reason, just felt some old habits slipping back in. Such as 'been a long day, have a drink' when this is how I got into drinking every day in the first place.

Am so glad for this place as it keeps me in check and reminds me I need to, I always suspected it was going to be more difficult for me to keep drinking in moderation vs stopping altogether.

    16/20 for tonight please.

I've counted March AF days twice and think it's 16 so fingers crossed. It seems my target is getting lower each month  However, March is my birthday and we are away for a week plus a couple of nights out. My target is still better than any month last year though.

Thanks to Shaggy for keeping score. It certainly helps keep me on track :T

13/16 for me though over the weekend I probably had 2 weeks worth of alcohol.

That means I need 3 AF days out of the next 4 to hit my target. It's going to be tough going though as I have 2 nights out planned.

16/24 for me please Shaggy, over the weekend I had a couple of glasses of wine, nothing excessive.

Welcome Parkingforfree, and Well done on your first AF day - sign yourself upp and join in for plenty more (and the sleep just gets better and better!).

I have a week's holiday in March, so I am going to set a lowish target of 22/31 please Shaggy, although it may well be more as I do rather enjoy being AF at the moment.

PS, Alex, I am in awe - well done you
    Trying to keep in budget.
