Ubislate £30 Tablets

Hi, I ordered 2 of these on the 16th December from the website on the day of the launch.

Since then I have not received my goods.:mad:

I have emailed their contact page and received only automatic responses.:mad::mad:

I have tried ringing customer services- no answer, just rings out.:mad::mad::mad:

Anyone else received their tablets?

Sounds like they are inundated with orders, I would leave it for another week before getting too excited (unless you have cause for concern?).

I ordered eight of these on the 17th December and have heard nothing since. I can accept that they might be busy but an update would not go amiss

Did you read the rest of the thread? They've posted an email address you can query.

I ordered my Ubislate on 20Dec2013 and after sending an email to their uksupport@ I got a reply that mine should be shipping out from the delivery that arrives with them on 20Jan2014

I will try and remember to come back here and let you know when it arrives.
