OP, Hallowitch is the scourge of bailiffs everywhere, so please respond to her requests above asap. It is this sort of advice and support, offered by HW unconditionally to people she does not even know, that makes this board such a good place to be.

I have almost done your letter I need to know who told you had no time to dispute this extra money and will get a van and enter your house. (im assuming it was B&S)
I have done a lot of research on your council and im not surprised that bailiffs (if he was a certificated) get away this this

This is taken from a freedom of information request

    Q) Does the council sanction any bailiff found not to be operating according
to the signed Bailiff Agreement between xxxxxxxx and the Bailiff?

    A) Any complaint received in respect of bailiff action is taken very
seriously by the Authority but ultimately it is a matter for the bailiff
company management to take appropriate action in such circumstances.

ohhh dear ultimately it is also a matter for the local authority to take the appropriate action

I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

If you are in any doubt please seek legal/expert advice help
