Npower complain not resolved
Hi,
I have some issues with npower and even though I have written to them several times they have not sorted the problems.
Basically the online access does not work and I am over 325 pounds in credit.
They sent one reply stating that if I change the password the problem would be sorted. The issue is not the password as I can access the account but there is an error message once I get into my account and no other option such as input of meter readings etc etc
I have also requested a partial refund of my credit but they did not even mention this in their reply.
My question is how long does it take for the energy watch to deal with complaints?
Regards

Energy watch have not existed for years, the problem is they are billing correctly. I would call them about a refund, and provide a reading to them.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Energy ombudsman - about 6 months. My suggestions either
a) change supplier - 36 days to switch + 42 days to generate final bill + 14 days to issue refund.
b) threaten court - 14 days for them to pay + unknown time using money claim online.0 -
A could end up with leaving costs or higher tariff from another supplier. Also what if the credit is not a true one based on estimate.
Court action won't go far if as above, also you would be wasting court time if you have not made effortsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
