National Hairdressers Federation – “Treat Yourself” Christmas Competition – Terms & Conditions 1. The Promotion is the prize draw to win £100 Love2Shop vouchers 2. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of National Hairdressers Federation, their families or agencies working on behalf of NHF. 3. The Promotion, which commences on 17th December 2013 and ends on or before 10th January 2014, is only open to entries made on or between these dates and the Promoter shall not accept any entries which it receives outside of these dates. 4. The Promotion is offered via the Promoter’s Facebook page only. 5. Entrants are required to use the competition application on Facebook and enter their details for a chance to win. The winner shall be selected at random by the Promoter on or before 20th January 2014. 6. There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant is allowed to submit during the term of the Promotion. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to reject those entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions or are fraudulent or invalid. 8. Please note that Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. 9. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 10. The Promoter shall notify winners via email or telephone by 20th January 2014 11. The Promoter shall place the winner’s name on its Facebook page within 21 calendar days of the closing date. The winner’s name will also be made available upon request by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope to National Hairdressers Federation Facebook Team, c/o WPR Agency, 43 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1TS from 20th January 2014 to 6th February 2014. 12. The prize shall be emailed or posted to the winner. 13. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name(s), counties and photograph in such publicity.
