Mobile Phone Insurance Replacement?

Hi Guys,
I've been told by my phone insurers that they are replacing my phone.
What exactly does a replacement phone include?
I know that sounds like an odd question but, I was going to order a charger (2nd one) to keep at home for when I come back to visit, but obviously if It comes with accessories I won't waste my money.

Ask them.
Normally its a reconditioned unit supplied with what you returned to them. So if you didnt send the charger you dont get a new charger but evidently mistakes can be made0 -

The policy says it a brand new phone, within 24 hours (lmao).“Washing one's hands of the conflict between the powerful and the powerless means to side with the powerful, not to be neutral. ”

If the policy is one of the few new for old ones then its a new phone and the rest of my post stands. The majority of phone policies are indemnity based so not sure what is funny.0 -

Sorry, I didn't mean it like that-
I'm seriously thankful for your advice. I was referring to their 24 hour period, its been 6 days
I should be more careful with how I present my views because a lot of people misunderstand me
