Cannot understand why anyone would shop at IKEA as the goods are crap and the customer service is zero.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

Because I can get breakfast for £2.25 with free coffee and free WiFi at twice the speed I get at home.

    True!

The psycho-toddler's bedroom furniture was bought from there and still looks good, despite 3 years of abuse. Assorted bookcases are still standing after many years. Sister still has a display cabinet that must be 20 years old. BIL has Ikea leather sofas that are even older.

Never had a problem with anything I've bought from them, deliveries have been fine and I always find the staff really helpful.

But the breakfast/coffee/WiFi is still my favourite thing about Ikea - especially now that they have HP sauce! It's my Friday morning 'me' time after dropping psycho-toddler off at nursery :)
