Freesat – Travel Channel Competition Terms and Conditions January 2014

1. Entries must be submitted on https://www.freesat.com between 12.00 Tuesday 7th January and 23.59 Friday 31st January 2014.
2. The prize winner will be selected at random from correct entries on Thursday 7th February 2014.
3. Entry to the competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Freesat, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
4. The prize includes:
• Return Flights from the United Kingdom (airline dependent on departure airport)
• 7 Nights accommodation at the Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort in Playa De En Bossa
• All Inclusive (Food & Drinks)
• Private Airport Transfers in Ibiza (not in the UK)
• Free entry and transfers to and from the Ibiza Water Park
• Formentera Bicycle Tour (including transfers to and from Formentera and cycle hire)
5. The prize can be utilised between 1st April 2014 and 31st December 2014 subject to availability during popular periods, e.g. school holidays, Christmas etc.
6. The prize is for two people sharing a twin or double room. No transport to or from the winners closest UK airport will be included in the prize. No spending money is supplied. No cash alternative is available. Freesat reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of greater or equal value.
7. The prize winner will be notified via phone or email. The winner must accept the prize within 2 weeks of notification otherwise a redraw will take place.
8. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this competition. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receiving future correspondence from Freesat. Entrants who opt-in will have the option to unsubscribe from any future correspondence.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted or incorrect entries.
