He made no comment on the other grounds for appeal.

just received PPS "parking charge £130" in Didcot, opp' station. No previous demand received.
Apparently boot of car overhung line on a Sunday.
Tel call to them said they will revert in due course.

yes called the number on the "parking charge" letter to say I had got no earlier notification. Date of incident 5 Jan (Sunday) Date of issue of letter 26 Feb. (received 10th March) .
Told by " Michael" that I could not cantact PPS as it was now in hands of debt collection! He would revert in due course.0 -
He was talking pish.
The people who help out here know what they are talking about - PPCs and debt recovery just want your money.0 -
Then as one who knows, is there no legitimate way that these people can be prevented from intimidating people and tantamount to extorting cash? Has no-one ever taken them on?0
