Kodak Hero 5.1 Printer

I bought a printer on Amazon Sept 2012, it went wrong so contacted Kodak who replaced it end Jan 2013. The replaced printer has now gone wrong and Kodak are telling me it is out of warranty as the replacement one only gets 90 days and not a year. Is this right.
Surely the new printer gets the same 1yr warranty from when I received it.

As a warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, the manufacturer can impose any (reasonable) conditions he likes.

I have yet to see a manufacturer's warranty that resets the start date when a product is replaced under warranty. It is usual that the warranty continues to run from the original purchase date.
