Is Amazon CC now 0.5% cashback on non-amazon purchases for existing card holders?

Update : Loyalty point rules for existing amazon credit card holders say 0.5% while new applications are being advertised as 1%. Waiting for January statement to see if this is in effect.
I was gonna apply for a new Amazon credit card for my dad as I told him I was getting 1% cashback on mine.
Checked the loyalty point rules and noticed:
You will earn 1 Point for every £1 of Card Purchases made on the Amazon.co.uk website, and 1 Point for every £2 of Card Purchases made anywhere else.
Does anyone know when they changed this as when I applied it was 2 points for £1 of Amazon purchases and 1 point for £1 of anything else.
I checked my credit card statements and it looks like I earned 1% (on non-Amazon spend) on my December 2013 statement, but that might have changed on my January spend.
Anyone else with Amazon credit card know if this change is applied to existing cards. I checked my email and didn't find any notice of change.

This amazon.co.uk link suggests it still is 2 points per £1 spent at amazon and 1 point £1 elsewhere
(1point = 1p, cashback given in multiples of £10 amazon vouchers)

Thanks. I was logged on to my Amazon account which has an Amazon credit card already associated with it. On that page, the loyalty point rules clearly state 1 point per £1 spent at amazon and 1 point for £2 elsewhere.
I hope Amazon haven't downgraded my credit card to 0.5% while new credit cards are getting 1%. Will wait until I get my January statement and report back.0
