Have a few queries on my mother's will (or lack thereof, she's asked me to help her sort it out) which I thought I'd run past some of the clever people on the site but I'm surprised that there seems to be no specific section on the subject.....or at least if there is I can't find it.

Deaths, funerals and probate board is a reasonable place to start. Although I grant it doesn't explicitly mention Wills, we have some sensible people posting there.Signature removed for peace of mind0
