Active account versus Settled?

Hi all
I took out a small payday loan for £50 back in May 2013 with Lending Stream (they use Experian and Callcredit btw). I paid it back early actually as I only needed it for a few days and £62.50 was cheaper than an overdraft for a few days. Anyway I note that it shows as green blob and settled with Callcredit but with Experian it shows as green O with the payment amount of £63 (rounded) for May 2013 but in the balance is still shows as £63. Nothing has been updated since May 2013. I have just emailed Lending Stream to ask them to correct this but I was wondering if anyone knew if such a case has any bearing on a credit rating (not the CRA rating)?
