Insurance from overseas help!

Hi
I have been working in Japan this year and I am coming back in 2 weeks via Hong Kong and Taipei. I want to get travel insurance for my trip but I can't get it in Japan because I'm not coming back and it seems I can't get it in the UK because I'm not in the UK now. I went on a site:
http://www.globelink.uk.com/quotation-application-form-for-already-travelling.html
and they quoted 160GBP for 2 people.
Any ideas?

Personally I think that's good for the situation that you're in rather than winging it. Make sure you read the FAQ on the site and check if they will accept you (it states as long as you have not already been over 18mths).0
