benefits help needed

hi everyone i have question about what benefits we maybe entitled to i returned from Spain a year ago after living there for 13 years and moved in with my new partner she works 24 hours a week and has 3 children, i have not worked since i returned from spain even though I am searching and sending my cv out, i am also doing a part time student course to become a fully qualified electrician (i was an electricians mate for 10 years)while looking after the children when my partner works nights i am also not claiming any kind of government money. the question is would we be able to claim any kind of help with the student loan or any other kind of benefits while i am searching for work, to ease some of the financial burden (that is me)that my partner has. it seems to be very hard to be noticed in England if you have lived abroad for years.
Thankyou for any kind of help.

She can claim WTC, CTC and CB. Is she claiming child related benefits?

There's no student loan (apart from maybe tuition fee help) for part time students.
