How long to hear from tribunal

My ESA appeal was heard a few days ago and i had an paper hearing as i i felt too overwhelmed to go ahead, i know this dramatically reduces my chances but it was the way i felt, i was just wondering how long it takes to hear from them with a decision? and if my appeal fails can anybody confirm the 6 month rule before re applying, how long exactly is 6 months because some months have different amounts of days.

6 months runs from the date of the previous decision.
If the decision that you were not eligible was 6 months ago - not the tribunal, you can make a fresh application.
And it's 6 calendar months, not a given number of days.

Contact the tribunal.
One of the decisions they can make is that they need to hear your case in person, or to request further evidence from somebody.

Just got a letter, didn't win my appeal. will have to apply again the decision date was the 25th july 2013, Can anybody confirm that 6 months will be the 25 of jan? what do they class as a month isit 28 days or 31 etc?

One calendar month is 1 Jan until 1 Feb.
It doesn't matter how many days are in each month.
