Hello
I wonder if some one can help me?
Our Tomtom one is about three years old and worked fine, I even payed to update the maps etc.
Plugged it in yesterday to check map version and it automatically updates the software and backs it up to the computer, now it wont work?
Just says no map loaded.
Called Tomtom they tell me to Format it which I have tried and it wont format?
My point is it was working fine till the update was applied by Tomtom, so what can I do?

join this tomtom forum group at pocket gps world, there are some very helpful techie people on there. they have helped me numerous times when tomtom support were unable to:
