Overlimit loss of 0% on purchases (tesco cc)

So I've read that if my tesco credit card went over it's limit (it did by £1 due to a refund being slow) that it is possible that you lose the 0% offer?
According to my statement I've been given a £12 charge (fair enough) which has been paid off with the minimum payment.
It estimates interest for next month on the statement as £0.00 so I assume that now I've paid the fee, all is back to normal till the end of the interest free term. Am I correct in assuming this and is what I've read inaccurate/scaremongering?
Thanks

It's almost certain you'll have lost the promo rate.
Now is the time to phone up, check if this is the case, and then grovel and ask if they will reinstate it.0 -
would it not state the estimated interest as a non zero number for the next month if that was the case though. I've tried looking at Terms and Conditions but can't find anything annoyingly.0

It might the month after..We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

You shouldn't rely on the "estimated interest" figure being correct. Do as already advised...call, grovel, and if someone says you haven't lost the 0% rate take a note of their name and extension number.
You say the £12 fee was covered by the minimum payment. Often any default fees have to be paid in addition to the minimum payment. Check your T&Cs to be sure.0 -
Thanks for the info guys. Yeah I know I was sitting close to the limit, I made a mistake and accept that. It's interest free so I'd rather have the money in the bank earning interest than paying off money I don't need to, but I agree that is pointless if I make the mistake I have. I've paid a good chunk off to avoid the problem recurring, but I'll give them a call tomorrow and do some grovelling if necessary.0
