Being ticketed for parking in one's own allocated space really gets my goat. Is the property owned or rented by the OP? You need to see the lease and what it says about parking. Chances are it allows you to park a car in that space, that space being essentially part of the private property. If rented, such rights of the lease will be conferred on you unless the rental agreement says otherwise.
In which case, no PPC, no management company can attempt to impose conditions on you to park there. The management company need to be told in no uncertain terms to where they can shove PCM and all their tickets, and that they have no authority to allow their agents to demand money from you. Make it THEIR problem. Make it clear that THEY will be liable for the harassment by their agents, PCM.0
