Should i be in the green with this as im making regular repayments now? How/who can change this?

You don't get green on a defaulted debt. It stays a default from then on. All that should change is the balance going down.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Hi
No the account should not been green and it should still show that the account is in default.
What should be happening is the current/outstanding balance should be regularly updated to show that the amount you owe is reducing.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

It will be 6 years from the date of default.

The red/default markers are just updates of the existing default.
The important thing is the Default Date.
6 years from that and the account will drop off.0 -
