Competition is open to UK and Ireland residents over 18 years of age only.
Competition is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of Benefit Cosmetics LLC, its subsidiaries, associated companies, Promoter’s Administrator, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
No purchase necessary.
No alternative cash prizes.
The competition will run from 16:00hrs GMT on 6th January to 16:00hrs GMT on 21st January 2014 (inclusive).
To enter the competition, entrants have to submit a photo or video via facebook, twitter, instagram or youtube depicting why they need to be ‘rescued by the Benefit spygals’ using the hashtag #poreoclock as the entry mechanism.
No maximum number of entries per person per day.
Winners will be chosen at random throughout the competition period. Winners will be notified by a message via the social media platform which they have entered the competition; facebook, twitter, instagram or youtube. The winner will be asked to email digitalteam@benefitcosmetics.com with their phone number and contact details to claim their prize.
There is a minimum of five (5) winners throughout the competition period.
In the event a winner fails to claim their prize within the 48hrs of being announced the winner or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void and another winner will be chosen. Non-winners will not be notified.
Entry into the competition is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in a prize being forfeited.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
The Promoter and the Promoter’s Administrator reserve the right to amend, cancel, modify or offer an alternative prize in whole or part of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if, in its sole discretion, the prize is not capable of being issued.
The Promoter and the Promoter's Administrator accept no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost or delayed via technical problems. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if the Promoter deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice.
The winner may be required to take part in post-event publicity and may be asked to sign a consent and release form to use their photo, video and spoken word in content to promote Benefit Cosmetics LLC.
All entries become the property of the Benefit Cosmetics LLC. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although the Promoter will do its best to protect Personal Data, it cannot guarantee the security of Personal Data transmitted to it and any transmission is at your own risk.
The Promoter, including the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of the Promoter, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The Promoter does not attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
The name and county of the winners will be available until 28th February 2014 and can be obtained by sending a request to the Digital Department at the Promoter’s address below.
The PROMOTER: Benefit Cosmetics UK of trading address Greenwood House, 91-99 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0PP. The prize draw will be administered for and on behalf of the Promoter by a third party, 1000heads Limited of trading address 41-44 Great Windmill Street, London W1D 7NB (the "Promoter's Administrator").
