There are many, many companies your employer can work with if they want to offer Cycle to Work. Cyclescheme, Cycle Solutions, Halfords... Quoting documentation from one of them does not mean all have similar wording.
    Did I say they did!
  • Hi, I had a bike on the bike to work scheme and yesterday I biked to work, it was locked in "secure" bike she's that only staff know th code too and also locked with bike lock! Now I'm wondering what do I do? Is the hospital at fault as the shed wasn't secure etc? Police are aware but no idea what to do now :(

Is your bike no longer in the secure bike shed then?

This seems insane to me. Does that mean anything in your property that hasn't been totally paid for isn't covered by insurance?

Presumably that also means if your house was to burn down it wouldn't be covered. After all you don't own it, there is still an outstanding mortgage on it.

My OH had the same issue - cycle to work scheme bike, used a bike lock to lock in an area which only staff had access to, end of the day - gone. NHS said tough luck, insurance said tough luck, still paying it off.
