hello all first post but here goes any help please i had a no fault accident 29 oct 2012 other party payed up but i had to pay a £450 excess i was insured with admiral and the claims company was albany jokers i know .. but im not getting anywere with either of them as to getting my £450 back they not reurning calls or emails any advice on next step please thanks you and happy new year ppl ..
