Can anyone recommend scissors for cutting felt?

Hi, I've got some felt kits which has lots of tiny bits and some larger ones to cut out. Can anyone recommend some good scissors for cutting felt and interact parts? Thanks

  • Always use fabric scissors and never use the same ones for paper!! I have a pair of dressmaking scissors that I keep specifically for fabric. Don't saw at the bits, cut them smoothly in one go, that way you don't get raggedy bits. Any sharp scissors will do, new ones are best and the thinner the blades the faster they tend to lose their edge!! If you want, keep a bottle handy and sharpen scissors by 'cutting' the neck of the bottle.

I bought a set of 3 pairs from poundland and the smallest ones were just perfect for cutting out felt, really sharp.
