"Praise, vents and Warnings" does not really address blatant fraud.
My (foolish) son paid £150 via "fasterpayments" and clearly crime pays. Despite having the recipients bank details there does not seem to be ANY action that we can take to recover the money obtained by fraud. Police and banks are just not interested and without their help we cannot take court action.
A specific forum to report fraud would be helpful.0 -
Warnings would be the area, it will then come up on a search on the internet
Consumer rights about what else you could do to get money back ?Ex forum ambassador
