just searched my equifax and experian credit files and 2 debts that i have been paying through dcas havent been updated to show theyre being paid. any ideas why please

    Defaulted debts don't show payments. All you see is the balance going down.

    unfortunately they are not showing the balance going down either only the sum owing at default
