Hi, I have a friend with a specvision monitor that needs returning. The problem is I can't find a number/details for returning the item that works. The warranty says return it to Repairtech but they say they don't deal with them anymore and the number I was given by them (02084265500) just rings and rings until it goes dead.
I can't find a website or address or number so if anyone can I would be most grateful. I have feeling they've gone bust

If you are within your warranty period then your contract is with the company that you bought it from.0

I'd agree with windym if the monitor is still under warranty contact where you bought from in the first instance otherwise if it's out of warranty....
