Vinyl tiles

I have a small room around 10m2 and have received a quote for tiling with glue-down vinyl tiles for just under £400 for labour only. I am paying for materials separately and included is an amount to cover the existing floor in plywood and and edging strips for the two doors either side or the room.
I thought this sounded quite a lot for tiling an almost square room - very little cut-outs in it.
What do people think?

Am in Berkshire, and the plywood is being supplied (as are all materials) by the shop where I'm buying the tiles, so that cost is for labour only.0
