Laptop Advice

My nephew wants to buy himself a laptop and has found one for £349.00 but my sister thinks this is too much. I'm not sure which make he's looking at but was wondering whether someone could recommend a laptop that's not too expensive but would be ideal for whatever teenage boys want laptops for.


Any help would be appreciated.

£349 could be a rip off or bargain of the year depending on spec...

Can also get an asus t100 tablet in john lewis for £299, I'm typing and working on one now, they're brilliant little things.


If he wants to do some light gaming, aim for at least a 4th gen i5.
This is a bit more but still good value
