How much do decorators usually charge to paint 3-4 rooms each appx size of 10x12 ft?
The wall papers on all sides need to be ripped first and then apply the paint.!
I did rang few decorators but they all want to see the property first. But as I have not yet made an offer on the house it is difficult to show them.!
I am just after some rough estimates only at this stage to understand what to budget for this work.

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

For a 14ft x 12ft room that required walls skimming and painting plus gloss work (skirting, door frames) and ceiling and coving repainting, I was quoted £450.
I'm down South and the daily rate is c£110 - £150 in my area.I have a simple philosophy:
Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.
