Well, it's day 167 and I still don't have my voucher!
After contacting MSE on the enquiry form I've had two emails a week apart saying we've got your query and will reply within 5 business days, waited, and then haven't heard anything since.
What next? It's kind of funny that MSE criticise companies for this kind of thing...0 -
Just to update to say that my voucher was emailed to me a few days ago, a mere 174 days after buying the policy!
So the enquiry form linked to above does seem to get you there in the end, it just takes a number of weeks.
