Direct Line MSE M&S giftcard offer

Hi Folks,
Remember the direct line car insurance offer from September:

Has anyone got their gift card? We bought car insurance through the link but no gift card has arrived.
Was wondering if anyone else had got theirs?

If you search the insurance forum for the word direct in title only, you'll find a couple of people also waiting.

Yes I got mine it is sent as a e mail with a link which you print yourself , I got it mine in January,as you get it 3 months after you take the insurance out. Did you get a confirmation e mail when you applied??

I'm still waiting too. I did email MSE at the end of January with my policy number and they are investigating.

At last - my voucher was emailed to me this morning. I am sure that this was probably as a result of me contacting MSE on the link on the FAQ from the original confirmation email.

hmmm I'm still waiting for my vouchers- emailed last week using the link but it says 10 days for a reply

I haven't received mine either. It was a long 120 day wait too! I wonder how many people have forgotten about it...

You have to wait 150 days to raise a query with MSE if you haven't received your voucher after 120 days...
