Joint Egg Limit - Blue & Green

in Credit cards
I've got my Egg Green BT Anniversary offer in June for £7500.
I also have my Blue Card Aniversary offer in December again for £7500.
1. Does anyone have a higher joint limit i.e. in excess of £15000 between the two cards?
2. Has anyone switched limits between the cards?
3. If so what is the maximum/minimum Credit Limit allowable?

The Egg Blue card has no anniversary 0% feature!
Max limit seems to be £15K green + £5k blue or any combination = £20k0 -
I know I have read of people switching limits between cards (I think giving some a limit over 15k) so the answer to Q2 is yes... so the answer to Q1 is yes. but I dont know the answer to Q3.God save the King!

I phoned Egg just before my Green anniversery and asked them to raise the green card limit but to reduce the blue card by the same ammount. They seemed quite happy to do that.0

Thanks Hobo
Just got online confirmation of increase from £7.5k to £10k to on Green with Blue left on £7.5k for current spending.
I'll try for £12.5k before End of May to bring the joint limit up to 20k.Old Saying Once bitten twice shy

My husband has £15k on his Egg green, which we were told was the absolute maximum, and £6k on his Egg blue. My Egg green credlit limit is only £8k, but they won't increase it, or give me a blue card.0

In my experience Egg don't officially operate a policy of a joint limit across the two cards. When you get accepted for a blue card, they give you one with the same limit as the green (so all you greens about to apply for a blue should up your limit first).
When applied to dropped the limit on my blue card, this was accepted, but I have had to wait a few months to get the limit on the green card increased. I tried asking for the limits to be transfered by secure message but they would not or could not do this.
As I say in the other thread, the best way to get an increase is to use the card sensibly for a few months and pay off the bill each month.0 -
That is what they did initially with my husband - £8k on each. However over the course of a very short time he increased the green to 13K, then asked for £7k of the £8k to be transferred from blue to egg. He was told that was not possible, as the maximum on the green card was £15k, but that they were "happy to increase his green card to 15k, and reduce the blue to 6k", which is what he did.0

Do Egg allow you to do a SBT on the blue card?0
