I have been given an old android phone (samsung) and a new talk talk sim on contract by my family.
This was, I imagined, all activated as I have sent and received texts and emailed using it as well as using facebook.
However, tonight I have tried to make phone calls and every call I try to make takes me to talk talk - but no one is available to speak to at this time of night, and anyway, the contract is not in my name.
My family are going to try to sort this out for me tomorrow (different address) - but does anyone know what the problem could be?
