BHS-Sofa cushion flat after 3 yrs?

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice before I speak to BHS about my sofa..and possibly a bit of reassurance that I am not being unreasonable
(actual questions at the bottom if you don't need the backstory)
I bought a 3 seater "madison" leather sofa from them 3 years ago (almost to the day) in-store, for about £700 (so, fairly cheap for a leather sofa). It was in their pre-christmas sale, on a "50% off" promotion, with an original price of around £1400.
3 years in, one of the cushions has gone rather flat..visibly sagging much more than the rest of the sofa, to the point where you can feel the springs and frame when you sit on it (particularly towards the front, where it rests on the wood). The rest of the sofa/other cushions is in perfect condition (pretty much as new), and it's been well looked after/regularly cleaned etc.
I live on my own and do tend to sit in the same place due to how my living room is configured, but i'm not that heavy (around 10st) and don't jump on it etc etc..I would say it's fairly typical use for a sofa really. used for perhaps 2-3 hours a day on average?
It's got to the point now where it's just uncomfortable to sit on and I am going to have to get it re-stuffed, at a cost of about £150 (unfortunately its a sewn in cushion, so there is a lot of work to unstitch/restuff it).
I understand that sofas, even relatively cheap ones like this, should last at least 5 years, so I am going to speak to BHS to see if they will cover the re-stuffing, but as I cannot find any reference to their policy on this/other people's experience/sofa warranty, I am not sure how they will react.
Anyone got any advice/pointers for how to approach this? I'm going in-store tomorrow for an unrelated reason, and planned to ask a sale man how long they expect their sofas to last, and for any warranty details (can't hurt, right?) since the sofa I have is still being sold today - but if I can skip that step and get right on the phone to their support team thats even better.
I guess the tl;dr version of the above is:
1) How long should a sofa cushion be reasonably expected to last on a £1400 (£700) leather sofa
2) Has anyone got any experience of how BHS deal with this sort of complaint?
3) Any advice about how to go about it?
Worst case I will just get it restuffed and move on with my life..and re-adjust my seating position for the near future! Would be great if I could get BHS to sort it though.
Thanks!

I've got a sofa and matching chair from Harveys, not quite 2 years old. The settee cushions which have had hardly any use have lost their firmness, and the chair cushion which has constant use is almost flat. Won't buy from there again, nor recommend them!
You'll probably be told it's normal wear!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

If you think that the sofa should have lasted 5 years and in reality it's only lasted 3, you have had it for approximately 60% of its life.
You will probably get a better response from BHS if you ask for a partial contribution of around 40% or 50% to cover the cost of the re-stuffing.0
