One of the first reasons I joined these forums was over confusion with my Esperian credit report that had lots of things missing from it, namely my mortgage and my biggest and clearest credit card.
I tried to check with Experia who seemed to think I had no credit at all. It was a total nightmare!
I have just signed up to Noodle and it seems pretty accurate but again confused by the abscence of my Bank Of Scotland credit card. I actually closed it in the summer which I see has backfired as I had a credit limit of £15,000 with a minimal balance which I move to my more competitive card. I then closed it, not really thinking of the adverse affect now being nearly maxed would be when in fact I was looking healthy before.
Anyway the issue being this card never showed up on all three CSA. Is that not rather strange? It is closed now so I guess I can't chase Bank Of Scotland to find out why just a little frustrating as i had it for 15 years.
Anyone else had this? I see other posts about mobile phones etc but I would have thought credit cards were more consistent. I may be wrong!

Closed accounts are shown separately, were you definitely looking in the right place?0

Yes, first time it was a paper report I got from Esperian and it was live and not listed.
I checked closed accounts tonight and lots of things are there over the years but not this card.
Just bizarre it has never shown up! I doubt I can do anything, I tried before and got nowhere. I still bank with them and that account doesn't show up but my account with Santander does. My Bank of Scotland account is always in credit but does have a small overdraft so should it show too?
Ironically it is my longest financial association going back 20 years.0 -
Don't suppoose anyone else has any ideas?0
