Can anybody help me on oct 24 i got my monthly statement in from monument they had credit my account with payment break plan when i phone them up get my money they saying takes 8 weeks tell me different everytime i call them it now 11 weeks still wait get my monry back thanks

Its in Dublin but you are in Glasgow so difficult to say really try Liverpool or Manchester but probably London.

I thought it was the 3rd door on the left (top floor).

They dont pay you on a payment break. They just dont want any money that month. But will charge you interest so it works for them.

Its a way of getting more money off you and yet you think happy thoughts.
