Quickslide customer service appalling

Ordered composite door and two upvc windows from Quick slide after asking relevant technical questions re matching colour and subtle woodgrain finishes on both. On delivery they were very different, so complained and they admitted that they could not supply matching door and window frame finishes. I asked for a refund and collection of goods, but have had no reply (was even promised an email from the chairman, no less) now week 7 since delivery, and credit card company say I have to return the goods before they can pursue a claim for me:eek: Incredibly poor customer service. Be warned!!

Over promised and under delivered. More than 3 months and Quickslide have not yet completed the work. The doors leak and the windows are still not to the original specification. In addition they have done a LOT of damage to the windows sills, internal mullions, my wooden floor and new bath (which they won't accept it their fault) Now they do not respond to emails/calls, I wish I had never heard of them.0

I feel your pain.
I have been trying to simply get a quote from Quickslide and while they have provided me with some quotes I am yet to see one that is accurate with the things on I have asked for.
I had one of their subcontract fitters out to measure the windows up and as he put back that some of the windows had rounded tops they added rounded tops to all windows. I have tried to explain to them 7 times that the window in questions are not rounded at all but they still send a quote through with the rounding on and making good for rounded tops which is around £300 all in on top of window price.
If I could find somewhere else that offered windows at a good price like this I would have gone there already.0 -
