Hi, just wondered if anybody could help me.
Had a CCJ set aside and would like to know how long this will take to be corrected on my credit report. The judge said this will not be re pursued by south west water as it was wrongly in my name!
Can anyone help on this thanks warnie05

Once the cancellation is sent to Registry Trust, which maintains the central register of court judgments, the credit reference agencies should be updated quite quickly. I believe we get a daily feed up updates from them and process these within 24 hours.

I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

so ccj's 24 hours, for incorrect data 1 week...Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
