I applied for Working Tax credits recently and received my award letter today saying I am not entitled, however they had incorrect details for my income. When I did the 5 minute benefit check on here it states that I should be entitled to £4.85 per week. This asks for details of what pension I pay throughout the year.
However when I did it using the inland revenues sight it states I am nil entitled and asks nothing of my pension contributions. Can anyone explain this to me?
