Returning rubbish sold by a company now in administration,

Hi MSE, please help
I bought some items online & paid with Paypal last month. I had half the order cancelled and now most of what they sent, I wish they didn't. A few items are dirty/scratched/unpackaged and a couple don't look the way they did online. Tried to return them instore, they refused and told me to write to the administrators. I've had no response and they've taken their website offline. How can I get my money back? Can I open a case with Paypal? Would I have to return everything?
TIA

You could probably open a case with PayPal, and you could then return tracked at your own expense.
This is probably your only hope...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
How did you pay to Paypal (if you see what I mean)?
Do you use a bank account or credit card to put money into your Paypal account as needed?
You may be able to get some help from your bank/credit card provider.0
